Getting hold of us
Three routes in. Pick the one that fits what you need, and use the ticket system for anything you’ll want a record of.
01
Where to write
The right route for billing, account changes, anything affecting a live service, and anything you may need to refer back to. Tickets are tracked from open to close.
Target first reply: under 24 hours DiscordBest for short questions, config help and “is this normal?”. Other customers are in there too, which often gets you an answer faster than we can.
Community and staff, 24/7 EmailFor pre-sales questions, or if you’d rather not create an account before talking to us. Goes to the same team.

What to expect
- Hours Tickets and Discord are staffed 24/7.
- First reply We aim to respond to every ticket within 24 hours, and usually sooner.
- Account changes Anything touching billing or ownership needs a ticket from the account holder, so we can verify it’s you.
- Before you write Include the domain or server ID and what you already tried. It saves a round trip and usually a few hours.
If your service is down
Open a ticket first so there’s a timestamped record, then say so in Discord if you want eyes on it faster. Doing both is fine and won’t put you to the back of a queue.
Pre-sales questions
Will my site run on your shared hosting?
If it’s a PHP or static site and works on cPanel and LiteSpeed elsewhere, yes. If it needs root, a background worker or a runtime we don’t provide, it won’t, and we’ll tell you that rather than sell you a plan.
Can I see the specifications before ordering?
They’re already published. Every plan figure is on the web hosting and game server pages, and the facility detail is on the network page.
Which location should I pick for a game server?
Whichever is closest to most of your players. If your group is split across continents, tell us the rough breakdown in a ticket and we’ll give you a straight recommendation.
